I left Ens Toyota Service thinking “that was very good”. When you loose all keys and remote starter fobs for your 2011 Sienna, the outlook looks bleak. I really appreciate the manner in which Dave Obed and Joe Taksas listened to my issues. Working with the Service team they very quickly were able to more than solve my problems. If I were to rate this dealership by the service advisor I dealt with, the rating would be 0. The advisor was not courteous, he saw me walking up to his desk and decided it would be a good time to make a phone call, no greeting, no " i will be right with you".. Upon completion of his call i said I was here to pick up my vehicle, upon which he said " go to the vehicle pick up desk". Which was un attended. He then walked away.
