Now Hiring Payroll & Accounting Administrator

The Payroll & Accounting Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all employees of Ens Motors Ltd (dba Ens Auto) are paid accurately and on time. Computer technology and software skills are required together with strong calculation and organizational skills. Confidentiality, secure communication, and discretion are essential along with strong interpersonal skills.

As the primary benefits coordinator, you will also handle all employee benefits and the associated paperwork. Benefit coordinators communicate with every employee, insurance providers, investment advisors, and retirement providers.

  • This is a permanent FULL-TIME position from Monday to Friday.

    Responsibilities

    • Distribute employee pay and pay stubs accurately and on time.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of payments made to employees.
    • Work with the HR department and accounting to ensure accurate information for payment.
    • Utilize computer software for data entry and accounts management.
    • File all relevant reports and documents with Revenue Canada and our benefits provider.
    • Verify employee records and consult with department managers in the event of a discrepancy.
    • Become proficient in the options of the company’s current and changing benefits package.
    • Along with the HR department ensure all employees are informed of current packages.
    • Design and produce informational material to explain optional benefits.
    • Provide answers and help to employees with questions.
    • Check all submitted forms for errors.

    Qualifications

    • Highly proficient in computer skills and technology.
    • Accurate and meticulous in data entry.
    • Strong accounting, clerical, and administrative skills.
    • Exceptional calculation and memory skills.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Able to work at the computer for extended time periods.

    The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Toyota service team with a variety of tasks related to scheduling, workflows & other administrative tasks.
    The successful candidate will have strong time management and customer service skills. Experience is an asset, honesty & integrity are mandatory.

    This is a permanent FULL-TIME position from Monday to Friday.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer customer calls to schedule appointments for the Toyota Service Department
    • Help answer customer emails & text message inquiries
    • Direct technical calls or advisor specific questions to the proper team-member
    • Shares responsibility of booking customer shuttles
    • Make customer calls for outstanding service or recall campaigns, follow-up, or missed appointments
    • Write & close work-orders
    • Perform service cashier duties when needed
    • Assorted other administrative tasks within the service department
    • Offer exemplary customer service

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of vehicles is an asset
    • Understanding of the automotive industry
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Experience within a service department is considered an asset, but not mandatory
    • Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
