If I were to rate this dealership by the service advisor I dealt with, the rating would be 0. The advisor was not courteous, he saw me walking up to his desk and decided it would be a good time to make a phone call, no greeting, no " i will be right with you".. Upon completion of his call i said I was here to pick up my vehicle, upon which he said " go to the vehicle pick up desk". Which was un attended. He then walked away. I’m annoyed that I ordered new tire pressure sensors for my new spring tires and they were not ordered or installed in my new tires. They were part of my quote, but Ens did not order the new sensors which are now more expensive when I have to put my spring tires back on next year.

Excellent service provided. All my requests were met and handled in a timely manner and professional courtesy.

I tried to have a hitch installed on my 2006 Sienna (now almost 20 years old). The accessories guy was great to deal with and helped me understand my options, and warned me about possible challenges with installing on an older vehicle. It turned out that my mounting holes were simply too rusted out to be safely re-tapped, and so they called to tell me that they could not complete the install after I had dropped it off for service, and that it would be unsafe to go ahead without some professional welding. They gave me the name of a welding shop ...


Matt was great with locating the problems in my car and explaining it all to me, he even was able to call my dad and explain it all to him and emailing him all the necessary papers. 10/10 i will be going to this dealership for all my car problems or purchases

We purchased a used Toyota Rav 4 from this location. The windshield had a leak and we didn't notice until it rained. We took it back for them to look at and they couldn't make the problem happen in their shop. They recommended that we replace the bolts on the roof rack and seal them up which we did. The problem still exists and they won't fix it without charging us for a new windshield. I am not satisfied with their service dept and how they do not honour their warranty agreements.

The service agent was available as soon as I arrived. He was efficient and explained the work that was scheduled. He called me later to say that the service technician had found something that could be attended to and wanted to know whether I wanted to go ahead. When I picked the car up, a different service agent explained the work that was done and retrieved my car promptly.


Service advisor thoroughly explained work that was necessary v. optional. Answered questions to prioritize a bit of a backlog of service I had built up for 3-4 years. All work was done right 1st time, dirty engine areas cleaned well. Costs were as quoted.

I had to make an appointment to have the vehicle looked at. I then had to come back the next day to have the repair. It was only a shockabsorber that had to be replaced and they had it in stock. I live out of town which meant two trips to the city and over two hours in the waiting room. Why make an appointment when they can’t work on it at that time?

Roger Rosenthal, Brayden Schenstead and Andrea Jaspar are all professionals in helping and assisting me all throughout this process. But I wish there are more freebies for the car like sun shade, cargo liner, safety kits and first aid kits.
